Wiccans/Guardians:
- Hex Sense power cost has been reduced to 3

- The random timings of succumb (the curing, and the first hit) have
been removed

- Failing a torture will no longer use power

- Nihilist's Darksliver has been altered so that if the target does not
have insomnia or quicksilver up, it will put them to sleep. As well, if
the target is already asleep, then it will strip kafe


Mages/Druids:
- Geomancy Earthquake, Druidry Regrowth, and Aquamancy Flashflood have
been changed so that if it cast with the effects already up, it will
give the full time for the effects.

- Geomancy Duststorm will no longer effect allies

- Use of Psionic Abilities while off channel balance will no longer
consume willpower

- Highmagic Pentagram and Lowmagic Circle have a new option, PSI, which
raises a psionic barrier similiar in use to a shield, except that it
protects against most forms of psionic attack.

- New ability in Psionics, Shatter, to remove psionic shields

- Gore in Stag will have a flat chance of impaling, instead of being
health dependent

- New option in Crow DarkRebirth that allows you to break an egg
prematurely for 25 carrion to summon the dark spirit into yourself.

- Blacktalon Druidry Spiders will no longer have a chance to afflict
twice


Bards:
- Blanknote will strip a target's shield in addition to the current
function

- Taintedlove will also affect the bard

- ShadowLight's effect has been changed to shroud any allies that can
hear the song, as well as expose any shrouded enemies that can hear the
song
