Bug fixes

Just a few minor bugfixes, but the major change here is regarding the
consideration process for children. This should eliminate problems that
arise with not taking on your family name when you finish the
consideration period.

ACROBATICS
----------
- Adroitness will now clear properly.

CELESTIALISM/NIHILISM/WICCA
---------------------------
- You cannot open your channels if they are already open.

FAMILIES
--------
- You can consider children of any age.
- You may only consider children who have played more than 75 hours.
- You may not consider children who are currently engaged.

HEXES
-----
- Changing elevation will not cause you to lose hexes from your aura.

SHADOWBEAT
----------
- ShadowLight will now properly unshroud personal enemies.
- Please note that ShadowLight does not strip or give a shroud defense,
but rather it renders the listeners shrouded/unshrouded (as appropriate)
for the duration of the song.

STAG
----
- You cannot take stagform if you are already in it.

MISCELLANEOUS
-------------
- If you eat myrtle, you will only cure blindness and deafness if you do
not have the sixth sense and truehearing defenses, respectively.
- You now need endurance to be able to do any form of tumbling (roll,
somersault, etc.)
- Some damage attacks weren't using their custom death messages against
mobs, and they now do.
- Some behind-the-scenes changes, but no longer should variables
relating to your character carry over past deletion of that character
(some newbies were noticing this with Morrund's quest in Newton).
