Bard changes and bugfixes

The following changes have been made to Bards:

MUSIC
-----
- There is a new skill: Roulade.
- There is a new skill in all the specializations: DiscordantChord.
- A bard's captive audience will now only be broken if the casting bard
dies, logs off, leaves the room, or is forcibly broken (via
blanknote/blankchord).
- You can no longer Starleap out of PefectFifth attraction.

NECROSCREAM
-----------
- There is a new skill: WrathfulCanticle.
- DespairWeb now increases the equilibrium time to cast Summer or
Tipheret to escape bindings, as well as affecting writhing.
- TortureSong now increases all damage the victim will receive, in
addition to its current effect.
- NecroBallad now regenerates mana in addition to health.

SHADOWBEAT
----------
- There is a new skill: WidowsMercy.
- Bloodycaps will no longer hit the bard.
- ShadowPulse's paralysis now only effects enemies of the bard.
- ShadowLight will now work properly.
- ShadowRave now has the chance to knock your enemies prone.
- NightFade now drains ego based on the maximum ego of the victim rather
than a set amount.
- VenomDrops will now increase allies' chance of resisting poisons in
addition to its current effects.
- SlaughFest will no longer cause all aggressive mobs to attack faster -
only the Night fae.
- The bug with SpiderLegs occasionally causing writhing to fail should
be resolved.

STARHYMN
--------
- There is a new skill: JustChorale.
- Processional now heals significantly more mana and willpower.
- Starlight now heals significantly more health and endurance.
- CrusaderCanto has an entirely new effect now.

WILDARRANE
----------
- There is a new skill: NatureRhythm.
- The afflictions of Whitehorn have completely changed.
- Stonemists will now increase smoking and herb recovery time rather
than put out lit pipes.

In addition, the follow bugfixes have been made:

ACROBATICS
----------
- You can no longer JumpKick into a Great Pentagram.
- You can no longer BarrelRoll into a Great Pentagram or through closed
doors.

CELESTIALISM/NIHILISM:
----------------------
- Room-wide beckon will now only try to beckon those who share your
elevation.

GLAMOURS
--------
- It is no longer possible to squint or glance through illusory walls.
- Glamours now has lesson learning texts.

HERBS
-----
- Plants and Harvesting now properly checks elevation. For those of you
who really do have arms long enough to harvest from high atop a
mountain, my sincerest apologies!

HUNTING
-------
- Bond Unite will now give your companion's correct name.

ILLUSIONS
---------
- Invisibility is no longer considered aggressive.

NIGHT
-----
- Releasing shadows in the arena will no longer use up shadows from a
cauldron.

TAROT
-----
- When in the arena, cards will no longer be destroyed when flung at the
ground while flying.

GENERAL
-------
- It is 'officially' no longer possible to bet with lessons, though it
had been the case that you were unable to bet with them due to a bug for
some time. The reason for this is that it had become common practice to
create newbie characters and then bet continually until you beat the
odds and walked away with an inordinate number of lessons for no real
risk (aside from the time investment). This was certainly never the
intention!
- It is no longer possible to destroy aether manse rooms that have
furniture within them. This has been linked to the bizarre and
frightening armada of flying couches recently sighted in the Aetherways.
- Serenwilde's locksmith is now working again.
- You will no longer break limbs while falling from an elevation if you
are dead.
- When in a pit, you will no longer try to run away in fear from any
fear-like afflictions into neighboring (non-existent) pit traps.

- As clarification, it isn't a bug that you cannot waterwalk through the
deepsea elevation.


AVENGER
-------
- It is now the case that attacking mobs loyal to an influenced village
will cause you to declare all the online members of that city or
commune, consistent with attacking mobs that are directly loyal to the
city or commune.
- Similarly, attacking mobs loyal to a guild or Order will cause you to
declare all the online members of that respective organization.
