The Vesteran World Stage is hereby released! Every other year, the
Minister of Cultural Affairs may submit one play to the Vesteran World
Stage. That play can forever be viewed at the World Stage and further
will generate power for the next two years based on the rating of the
play. The play with the highest rating will also receive a bonus.

A play's rating is scored by the audience while a play is being recorded
(1-5 stars). Also, any person who purchases a ticket of a play after it
has been recorded may rate that play.
