We did not expect to see cities and communes influencing villages at
this time, but since one has (very good, Magnagora!), we've decided to
advance EVERYONE to city or commune rank 2, allowing the first village
influence skill. Please see HELP POLITICS to learn more about
influencing villages. This is rather an important aspect of Lusternia so
at this time I suggest you all take a crash course on how to influence
villages.
