Damage Update

I've adjusted the DMP formulas slightly. Here's a summary of changes:

+ DMP scaling is less extreme, though this has been in place for several
days (see HELP DMP)
+ There are several buffs which fall outside DMP: notably puissance,
omen, sensitivity and artifacts such as the magic-damage runes.
+ All buffs and resistances which fall outside of DMP will stack, but
they will not compound. For a technical example, if I have puissance and
omen and strike Terentia with my sword, I will gain +150% damage (250
damage instead of 100). I will not, however, gain +100% and then +50%
(300 damage instead of 100).

Enjoy!
