It has always been Lusternia's policy not to recognize so-called OOC
clans as being exempt from any rules, including rules on harassment and
discrimination per LANGUAGE RULES. While we understand some people will
use clans in an OOC manner, this does not create a wall of immunity.
Punishment includes anything from shrubbing to having the clan
dissolved.
