Misc. bug fixes:

+ Bug with relapsing using non-existent poison effects is fixed
+ Reject is now forceable, but cannot be done off-balance
+ A bug with old sketches causing errors has been fixed
+ The extra prompt line you would sometimes see when warriors attack in
choke or after deathsights in choke has been sent to the chopping block
