Joining Cities, Communes and Guilds through Denizens

As was previously announced, we have implemented the ability to join
Cities, Communes, and Guilds through denizens (non-player characters).
The help files for each organization notes the name of this denizen, and
the syntax for joining.
There are a few restrictions:
+ You can't join if you are level 50 or higher
+ You can't join if you have been a member before
+ In the case of guilds, you must belong to the guild's city
+ In the case of cities, you can't belong to a non-city guild
+ You can't be an enemy of the organization
We're going to monitor how this plays out, and we may add the ability
for these requirements to be waived by guild leaders (notably having
been a member before) or the ambassador. This will be forthcoming in the
near future.
I'd like to thank the players who offered feedback and criticisms on
this idea on the forums, as you were invaluable in shaping the design
and scope of this addition. We think that ultimately it will make it
easier to get into playing Lusternia for newbies, and cut through
bureaucratic red tape and the difficulty of finding a ranking member
online in joining these organizations.
Enjoy!
