A panicked woman was seen running around the four Great Libraries of the
Basin in the early days of Urlachmar, 203CE, looking for something that
apparently was not to be found in books. Her succinct visits lasted
barely long enough to allow passersby to blink in confusion, and before
long she was a forgotten memory to all but Rusiliah of Magnagora, whose
encounter with her had been less than fulfilling. Knowing the visitor to
be Nia Peedia, and therefore a relative of Weeky Peedia of the World
Library, she sought answers therein.

It soon came out that Weeky had summoned Nia to work for him at the
World Library, but that she had recently shunned books as her preferred
method of learning, instead wishing to experience the Basin first-hand.
Quick to find new passions, she had recently read of the dracnari, and
it was not long before some of the Basin's citizens descended upon Mount
Zoaka and its surroundings, searching out Weeky's niece. The
quick-footed woman had skittered from person-to-person, gathering notes
and researching the race's culture before zoning in on Masayo, the
well-learned mistress of the Inferno, who was soon plagued with
questions.

Growing impatient, Weeky briefly abandoned the World Library to find his
niece himself, though she had been located first by a small expedition
from New Celest. After a short banter, she agreed to return to work for
him on the condition that she was allowed to see the Basin first.
Finally in agreement, Weeky returned to the Library, and Nia was placed
in the hands of Aedh, who led her around the Basin at great speed,
showing the splendours of the Hifarae Hills, the Snow Valley, Celest,
Serenwilde and more!

At long last, time grew short and Nia was forced to retire to the World
Library. Weeky grandly divulged the existance of a new wing in the
Library dedicated to her work, where she would archive new and old
books, and revealed her secondary task to remove any trace of bookwurms
from the library shelves. And so it was that the lonely Weeky Peedia
gained a companion and a stalwart assistant at the World Library.

Penned by My hand on the 24th of Urlachmar, in the year 203 CE.
