The cold, icy winds of Snow Valley stir into a terrifying blizzard, freezing over the village fishing pond with frail and fractured ice. Unable to maintain their tithes and wanting to focus on their own survival, the tae'dae and igasho of Rikenfriez declare themselves free and no longer under the sphere of influence of the Grand Empire of Hallifax.

The Village of Rikenfriez has called down a temporary spell of peace to protect its borders, declaring that, in honor of Eroee, it does not wish war within its borders.
