First off, what part of Ladantine -DIED- don't you get? To become
undead, one must die. Therefore the Throne passed when he died. It
simply doesn't get returned to the previous ruler as undeath is a
perversion of life itself. Whom did the Throne pass to? Marilynth. She
died and so the line of Emperors is broken and ended. So please shut up
about your rhetoric that Ladantine was and still is the rightful
Emperor. He is no more Emperor of Celest than I.
Secondly, I remember in my youth that Magnagora was very much a warlike
power in it's early years. But yes, your name of Engine of
Transformation is well earned. You've well learned that while war is one
means to a end, it's the way most likely to result in everyone's loss.
Witness Halifax and Gaudiguch. So you turn to subtle lies and deceit,
seeking to poison the culture of the Basin with your Taint. You wonder
why Celest does as it does to the novices? Because we cannot trust that
you won't seek to turn the children to your advantage. Now then, it is
very true that Magnagora does allow mostly anyone to walk it's streets
and in the past I've made use of this for peaceful reasons, so in that,
I commend you. It does not however, excuse several decades of war,
hatred, and murder against Celest and the Basin.
You want peace you say? To be left alone? Tell your lies to someone
else. I've heard enough of them to last multiple lifetimes.
Penned by my hand on the 5th of Avechary, in the year 205 CE.
