Greetings Celestians,

I'd like to thank everyone that helped with the Festival! I think it was
a great success and I hope all of you had fun. If you participated in
any of the events and as of this moment NOT received your gift box
please send me a message. I'll be giving them out later this month.

The following is a list of all the winners for the contests held on the
last month of the Festival.

Lord Eventru and Lady Isune gave us the honour of judging our joke
contest. Of all the jokes they heard Razenth won, awarded with 15
credits, followed by Alendaria with 10 and Celeris with 5.

Our costume contest was a resounding success with many great and well
thought out costumes. But of all present three stood out most. Kiradawea
took the prize of Best Costume dressed as Enigma. Kialkarkea in second
as Brother Crow and in third Vermilla as peppermint candy.

In addition to the joke and costume contest we had a grand feast with
lots of food, drinks and sweets. I'd like to thank Aison, Kiradawea and
Telperion for the wonderful readings they gave in the Park. Everyone I
spoke with absolutely loved it. I'd also like to thank Kuailong and
Yurika for putting on a Tahtetso Exhibition. If you missed it I made
some copies of the performance I'll gladly hand out should you message
me.

The Chess amd Bombard tournaments were unable to get started but I will
extend them should enough players be found this month to have them. The
prizes for both are still what's listed in Project 30. I will leave it
up for this month.

Thank you all for attending the festivities and hopefully this will only
be the beginning of sponsored events for the city.
