Greetings, inquisitive minds and eager learners,

The Hallifax Matrix Institute would like to open its doors and extend
invitation to any minds in the Basin that would like to apply for
admission. The Institute is a clan dedicated to the study of the history
of, and (hopefully) the release of the lost city of Hallifax from time.
We operate in close conjunction with the Seekers of the Eternal Flame as
an academic endeavor to release our respective cities from their
temporal imprisonment.

The Institute was founded originally as the clan Eliz Tirita, which was
originally an effort to focus on completing the Hand of Tzaraziko quest
to drain the Hallifax power node. It, however, became evident that doing
so was not the optimal way to release Hallifax. Instead, the heads of
the clan decided to adopt a more academic approach to the study of
Hallifax, and thus the Institute was born. Unfortunately, as of recent,
attendance in the Institute has been stagnant.

This can, in part, be attributed to the lack of advertising of our
school that has circulated. Now, as many new young minds are roaming the
Basin, it seems to be the perfect time to remind the Basin of the
Institute's existence. If you are interested, even in the slightest,
please message myself with a small line or two explaining your interest
in the Institute. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
