To whomever has an interest in the arts.

The Divine Order of Isune hereby invites everyone to participate in our
contest of art. Specifically, that of painting.

We want you to find the most beautiful subject in all of the basin and
paint it and send that picture to me. We will pick out four winners in
four categories, Still-life, Landscape, Portrait and Abstract. These
four winners will be ranked and a prize rewarded accordingly. I regret
to inform that the contest will only be open for those who are either a
part of Lady Isune's order, or are not an enemy of Celest.

Are you reading this and thinking "man, I wish I could join but I can't
paint". Well do not worry about that. You can ask me (or someone else)
for help with getting your motif put on canvas.

In order to participate, mail me a letter containing your painting(s),
and write in the letter who it is from, who painted the pictures and
what category the painting(s) should be judged under.

And now to the interesting part. The prize.

The grand winner will receive

Twenty thousand gold

Second place will receive
A Highfavour from Isune
Three credits
Fifteen thousand gold

Third place will receive
A Strongfavour from Isune
Two credits
Ten thousand gold

Fourth place will receive
A Favour from Isune
Five thousand gold

In addition, the winning pictures will be put on exhibition around
Celest. So don't dawdle, but send me your works. I look forward to your
submission.
