Beldame of Southgard,

Scions of the Dwarven Kingdom have for decades held an official policy
that they shall not swear loyalty to any nation that would hold
ownership of the Angkrag Mines. It has come to my attention, however,
that Southguard is currently allied with the same nation that governs
the undead mines as well. Such a situation is thus contrary to the known
policy and a clarification on relevant changes is much desired.
