of the latest refinement to the Peace Articles of Hallifax. The Peace
Articles define activities which are considered criminal offenses, and
apply equally to citizens of the Collective and foreigners within the
territory of the Collective.

PEACE ARTICLE SECTION TWO, ARTICLE THREE, SUB-ARTICLE ONE (II.iii.1)
It is unlawful for any foreigner who is a citizen of a religious state
to influence any villager who is a legal subject of the Commonwealth.
This includes charity, empowering, weakening, paranoia and seduction
influence. Further, it is unlawful to influence any guard loyal to
Hallifax with weakening, or any other denizen loyal to Hallifax with
paranoia.

Access to subject villages and their services is a privilege, not a
right. Visitors are expected to follow all of the Peace Articles to the
letter, and to comply with any requests to leave. Violators will be
given a single warning. Future violations will warrant immediate enemy
status.

As ever, the half-civilized philistines of Gaudiguch are barred from
entering Collectivist holdings entirely. Should you have further

Ambassador. Please allow twelve to thirty-six months for the sorting,
processing and consideration of your query.
