In the recent months, we have found evidence of melding and changing of
the land in Prime Serenwilde. It is understood that it is only
individual members doing it and not the actions of the guilds, but the
continued action and lack of end to it is forcing us to take action. If
you are caught melding or changing the terrain in Prime Serenwilde
without permission, you will be punished and enemied, and you will be
reported to your guild's leadership. Melding or changing the terrain
violates the commune's good will and thus forfeits any rights as a
guest. This is your one and only warning.
