Greetings from the Hallifaxian Ministry of the Chancellor

This is a friendly message to let the people of the Basin know that
Hallifax has a shop now up for auction. This shop, located in the scenic
and beautiful Sapphire tower, offers a wonderful location in the
Hallifax shopping district. You have until the seventh of Tzarin in the
year 290 to submit a bid. Please submit your maximum bid by way of
message to me before this date. This may not be the amount you pay. That
will be determined by the second highest bid plus an additional thousand
gold. x

Also, keep in mind that no Gaudiguchi or enemies will be considered. If
you are not currently an enemy but your organization is at war, you will
be allowed to bid and purchase the shop. Tax rate on the shop is
currently set to 7000 gold per a year. If there are any further
