Dear Hallifax,

We would like to file papers with your city to have a question sent
before committee to determine wether you guys are just very boring, or
in fact crazy.

We are, of course, willing to pay all necessary legal fees regarding the
matter, and fill out any required paperwork. However, we find ourself
unfamiliar with your legal channels for such endeavours, and would like
to request assistance with navigating your complex, and frankly,
confusing beaurocracy.

Further, we understand if -this- request also involves paperwork being
filed, but we are hoping that you will be willing to cut us some slack,
because...frankly...look where we live. We're lucky if we can get a
sandwich for lunch without someone preaching at us about "the man"
keeping them down, or, "like, butterflies are like, totally awesome,
man."

Any assistance you can provide us without our having to first file
papers would be greatly appreciated.
