The Wounded Sky is a little depressing right now. If Isune was still
around, I'd bet she'd try to paint it back to normal. But she's not, so
I'm trying to organize a little coordinated effort for one night to
cheer up the Basin.

On the 25th of Aviary (Year 301)*, when the sun goes down, I would like
to coordinate all the illusionists who can create Fireworks across an
entire area, to all get in position at a village in the Basin, and
perhaps some of the non-political settlements (Tosha, the new orphanage,
Tolborolla Valley and the Tidal Flats, among others.) I have a little
rainy day fund because I'm liquidating some investments, so I am willing
to pay each Illusionist anywhere from 5000 to 8000 gold for their
participation, up to perhaps 24 total volunteers.

Send me an aethermessage if ye are interested. You should not go to any
villages if ye don't have a good relationship with them or their current
political allies. If the cities and communes wish to participate, they
can, but don't do this without ye ruler's permission. I will climb the
peak, and shout at the beginning and we'll coordinate based on my
commands. I've got a new Sparkatron, so I'll take care of the Peak.

Hopefully this will give us some hope, even if it's just for a single
night.

* (OOC: This will be when the Lusternia server is at 7/23/2011 at
Midnight GMT, we will wait until the in-game Sun sets, so it will likely
be about 00:45 or so).
