Aethercity Lianmor

The following message has been brought to you by Lianmor.

Aethercity Lianmor is a project of mine, to create an aethercity that
rivals Deepnight. Deepnight itself was glorious, but I believe that the
root of the problem, of it's existance, is that there were not enough
residents living there. Each person in the basin has their home, in an
aethermanse, and such, forming family estates and such independent from
anyone else. But Lianmor itself holds similarities, and is different as
well.

It itself is an aethercity with homes on its' grounds. With the option
of almost infinite development, you can get a home and live and take
part of the city as you wish. The homes themselves are built to your
preference, and there are no rental fees and such for living there. This
is your home.

-----------------------
-----------------------

Benefits:

I don't know what to start off with, the cost? Or the benefits? The
benefits are simple. You get to own a home at a much cheaper cost, and
you get free access to a score of different artifacts. There is a city
aether, and different cartels depending on your trade. There are forests
that you can walk around in, a tavern where you can sit and play chess,
or eat in the dining hall, a smoking room, or a library, a museum as
well. There is a shop you can access discounts in, or stock up yourself
as an additional source of income. Have a mount? There is a stable
there, for you. A private garden, and trade rooms coming in, bit by bit.
But the end result is that you can expand your family home, build it,
twist it, as you wish.

The aethercity is far from complete. At almost 100 different locations
within, with scores of paid jobs available to members, there are
countless opportunities you can do.

-----------------------
-----------------------

Cost:

This may be the most important part, I guess. Instead of paying that
350,000 gold as a starter, you would pay 150k. You can pay up front, or
you can pay in a yearly fee until that original cost is paid off. That
is for each room. You will get at least a statis gem inside the room,
from me, to keep the furniture from decaying. If you want to help out,
that is fine, but isn't needed.

The requirements for a statis gem to be placed though, depends on the
amount of furniture placed in the room. The more furniture placed into a
room, the higher the importance of placing that statis gem would take.
But you wouldn't need to worry about that.

Other than that, there are no additional costs to your home. For that
150k, you can access how many hundreds of credits worth of artifacts. If
you want to help out though, that will be welcomed with open arms.

-----------------------

Novices:

As I said, you can pay in small amounts, slowly, until the over all
payment is over. This is an excellent way for you to access a home with
the benefits of the larger, more established families. Payments can be
made in 10k or 15k settlements every year, until the home is paid off
for.

You will also find discounts at the shops available to novice residents,
in order to help you with your goals.

-----------------------
-----------------------

Security:

With reinforced doors, and with scores of sigils about, the homes
themselves are almost impossible to break into, leaving you comfortable
and secure in your residencies.

-----------------------
-----------------------

Work:

As I said earlier, there are paid jobs you can undertake, from designing
in cartels to other designing jobs, along side with writing and or
general upkeeping of the farms. Many different positions and things are
possible for aethercity members, just ask.

-----------------------
-----------------------

The aethercity itself:

Lets see, the aethercity grounds itself at the very beginning is split
into two. There is the west, which are the ground for the homes. To the
northeast is the tavern, to the southeast is the library, newsroom, and
postoffice.

To the east are the trade rooms, and further along the path there will
be a split. To the north west of that, you will find the museum, and
there is a gate further north and as well to the east to the forests
outside. As a home owner, you will find a private garden to the west of
the entrance.

Expansions will take place as the grounds are expanded, the forests
slowly built, the mountains pushed upwards, the lakes expanded. As of
now, the aethercity is a third of it's planned size.

So send me a letter or a tell if you are interested in taking part, or
if you'd like a tour.
