My fellow inhabitants of the Basin,

We have met the armies of the Time Trollops once again. Serenwilder and
Glomdoringian. Hallifaxian and Gaudiguchian. Celestian and Magnagoran.
We fought as one, and drove them back. But the First Dame swore that
they would return, and bring with them not merely the Wheel of the
Goloths, but a Goloth in person.

Are we to be intimidated? Are we to bow our heads meekly as we are lead
away like broken horses? Are we to cower in fear and retreat?

Never!

We shall fight back. The Time Trollops shall see that we truly are
shards of the Elder Gods! True, many of us may fall, but by the grace of
the Fates, we shall rise up once more. And I know not what you shall do,
but I shall roar my defiance to the Basin and charge back in until there
is nothing left of this threat but a stain on the tapestry of history!

Forward, druid and mage! Guardian and wiccan! Bard and monk and warrior!
Cut me down a thousand times, and I will drive my katana into you a
thousand and one!
