There has been a change to the penalties to the penalties for
overdrawing. Gold fines have been abolished and punishments will
increase the more frequently you overdraw, but are more lenient to the
infrequent overdrawer. Please familiarize yourself with CHELP POWERLAWS
so you can know what to expect should you overdraw.

Beginning immediately there will be regular power contests. Every weave,
the highest donating non-Forest Warder will receive a commune favor for
their efforts. Every year, the person who donated the most power overall
will receive 10 credits! I will be updating PROJECT CONTEST every so
often so people can check their standing in relation to others.
