Greetings, Basin.

The Divine Order of Lord Darvellan, the Navigator, would like to
announce a fundraising initiative that will commence immediately and end
with a grand event hosted by the Lord Navigator Himself. On the 8th of
Dioni, 413 years after the Coming of Estarra*, donors will be granted
admission to The Helm, the vessel crewed by the Navigator's Order.
Attendees will be regaled by the Navigator as He recounts previously
untold tales about His time in the void. The events leading to Lord
Darvellan's sudden departure from the Basin of Life just before the
Elder Wars are currently as steeped in mystery as they were in ancient
times, and countless mortals have expressed a sincere curiosity about
the events that transpired prior to the Navigator's return. Particular
topics may therefore include how the Navigator's coat of Half-Formed
leather came to be, as well as the mysterious task given Him by the
Elder God Meridian.

Admittance to this event will be granted by gold donation to the
Navigator's Order, and special prizes will be afforded to those who make
considerable donations, as outlined below:

All citizens of New Celest below the thirtieth level of experience will
be admitted with a donation of any amount. All other citizens of New
Celest will be eligible to purchase tickets at 30,000 gold each.

All non-enemies of New Celest who are members of organizations which are
expressly allied to New Celest (i.e., The Free Collective of Serenwilde
and The Grand Dominion of Hallifax) will have the privilege of
purchasing tickets for 35,000 gold each. These individuals, should they
be below the thirtieth level of experience, will alternatively be
admitted with a donation of any amount.

All non-enemies of New Celest who are members of other organizations
will have the privilege of purchasing tickets for 60,000 gold each.

Enemies of New Celest are eligible to purchase tickets to this event at
the cost of 80,000 gold each.

The largest contributors will find themselves basking in the Truefavor
of the Navigator, at a rate of 100,000 gold per month. The single
largest contributor to this fundraising endeavour will have the rare
opportunity to pose two questions to the Navigator related to the
evening's events and will, additionally, receive the Navigator's coat on
temporary loan.

All donations should be deposited directly into the coffers of the
Divine Order of the Navigator, which can be accomplished at any bank by
means of, for example: deposit 100,000 gold Darvellan.
