Greetings, Citizens of the Basin.

Lord Sciomore has created a power to protect the Basin. He has placed
this above the Collective and ordered us to fire it at Mt. Zoaka.

We are most grateful to be the instruments of his widsom and justice.

We are witness to Lord Sciomore and his great knowledge, and are
absolutely behind his machinations for the Collective as well as
the Basin of Life as a whole.

I post this so that you might know my enormous respect for the
Logician and works to protect our cities tirelessly and with
justice for all.
