I have read with interest the writings of Oberst Davos Pavok and
Serenguard Rivius Tarsuhl, and I am most pleased with their embrace of
the Higher Gods. They do, however, raise an excellent point. Mortals can
sometimes be their own worst enemies, and perhaps it is wise, as they
suggest, for the Higher Gods to take a more direct control of the
situation. Instead of political bickering, what if the Higher Gods
maintained absolute control over your cities and communes. These
elections and pointless squabbles deny your full potential.

Therefore, I will consider your advice to dissolve the city and commune
councils and let the Higher Gods control the mundane aspects of
government. As always, I am here to listen and hope you will continue to
