Guiding Star and the Days Ahead

Greetings stars,

It saddens me to see that the guild is drastically falling into inactivity. Whilst Saoirse, our Guiding Star, has lead us perfectly fine, there are factors that we cannot control. To add the fact that the Seals are broken and the threat of Kethuru is near, we, as the guide of New Celest, will not be able to fulfill our roles if we, ourselves, are not bonded together.

Henceforth, I come to you all, to allow me to continue what the Guiding Star has done and will further promote the role of Ecclesiarchy in the city and to the whole Basin.

I believe that my experience as a previous guildmaster of the Cantors guild, the Grand Conductor, coupled with my love for the guild will help me in bringing us together, share unforgettable moments and hopefully, bring out the best in everyone.

My philosophy towards leadership is that the effectiveness of the leader does not lie with his skills but the strength of his members. I am not the best combatant, neither am I the best teacher but if we all contribute even a small amount of our efforts and put them together, I know that this guild can be the best guild that it can ever be.

Having said, what I want to start with the guild is to focus on our members, particularly, the novices. To achieve this goal, I will talk to each one of you and know what you like about the guild and how you see yourself in the guild in the future.

To end this post, thank you Guiding Star Saoirse, Varel and Aevumis for all your hard work. I also appreciate your efforts, Mjoll, for being there for the guild and to the others, who are stars in their own ways.

May the stars guide us all,
Stellar Scholar Qoivhae Vivalde, of the Singing Seashells
