Might is based on how many lessons you have learned. Rankings are based on how many experience points you have (which only guides among mortals can see)

I see. So Dias must have IMMENSE skill in some skill which is totally unrelated to combat, like tailoring or cooking or something. Thanks for that.

No, I think you misunderstood. The rankings that say Dias is number 1 means that Dias has the most level experience, however, lessons also determine how powerful you are. So someone could be level 90 and a level 60 person could be 200% stronger than them, simply because they had more credits converted into lessons.
