My character looks like my avatar.

I think Tiaras on men are okay in Fantasy settings...although it certainly fits best on the feminine kind. Such as elves, perfect for elven men. Maybe Visaeris isn't all that feminine but hey, who am I to judge the player behind. I want a tiara too!
Anyways, I made a picture in the Heromaker thing myself. Turned out quite like I imagined him to be, when I get proper armour in place, that is.
EDIT: Sorry about the doublepost. Is it possible to add a feature that enables the users to delete their own posts?
Aren't I nice? ~Auseklis

I don't know what's going on. I click on the link, it opens a second IE and then switches to paintbrush, but it's a blank palette. Any idears? (yes, I spelled ideas like that on purpose.)
Unknown2004-10-28 18:13:33
I get the same thing as well......perhaps Thalacus has Yesod up or something?
Thalacus2004-10-28 18:21:22
It works now. I guess I was being a klutz- but for some reason, it wouldn't accept bitmap files. Don't look at me. I made a JPEG variant, however, and now you can see it!

Both he and I are aware of the difference, he simply doesn't care, nor do I. Magicrown is too smashing awesome to pass up just because of a tiara

Just delete all the writing from the second one and say what you did. Works for me.

That wasn't to you, it was to anyone who didn't realize why I find it funny.

It's not quite artwork, but this little fella is the inspiration behind my salamanderish mugwump. Just imagine him... standing upright, a bit more humanoid in appearence, and you're right on the money.
"He is a glistening mugwump and is rather salamanderish in appearence. His skin is a bright shade of orange, and a reptilian tail of the same shade snakes out behind him, reaching down to his feet and a little way past. Two yellow eyes with large, black, oval-shaped irises sit on either side of his hairless head, and an obtuse, protruding nose and wide smile complete his face. Not especially tall, his build is rather lean. He is wearing plain grey trousers, and a plain grey tunic."

That's a nice pic and concept, but I think you need to reword your first sentance. Salamanderish isn't a word.
"He is a glistening mugwump and resembles a salamander" works just as well.

I like my avatar. it helps to describe astyx's wings, since he has the wing and the skull path of the asiatic version of the death head's moth.

My Avatar is my thoughts on what Farlise looks like...yep yep.
Unknown2004-11-17 16:37:20
Is that Gollum?? It looks like Gollum from LOTR... Heh
Unknown2004-11-17 16:38:54
It's Gollum from the original *to my knowledge* animated version of The Hobbit.

You have no clue how bad I wanted to RP like that instead I talk like this.
For instance, when I'm bashing around on some weevils.
"Oh! Me thwaps him goods didn't me?"
and I try to keep in the habit of calling everyone Ma'am Madam or Sir.
I think that I have at least decent RP potential even if some people do consider using speech patterns as a 'gimmick' I see it is as much more.

Thats cute, and at least you use proper capitalization.
I don't really RP, because I don't really talk to anyone in game. But when I do, I try to be pleasant and unassuming. I'm still figuring out who my character is.
