OOcly I dont think that Gaudiguch will ally with anyone right away. The destruction that will occur when the seal is released will entirely drain the Flame, and I am also betting that the backlash of project paradox will also drain the Matrix.

Currently I am gathering as Many Dracnari and friends as I can to search for the hand. If you wish to join the Cabal of the Seekers of Eternal Flame just message me. I am currently a Magnagoran, and as such I likely will only accept the aide of the Magnagorans or those otherwise loyal to the Taint. I hope that by releasing them and giving them support will convince my Elder Brethren of the power and glory of the taint, bringing us into an alliance between Gaudiguch and Magnagora.

Having only Dracnari allied with the Taint helping goes against what Gaudiguch believed. There are a few Dracnari scattered about in other places, there's no reason to exclude them.

I hope that no alliances are formed with Gaudiguch and Hallifax within days of their return because that would make for horrible roleplay. Give the citizens of the two cities time to adjust to their new environment, and perhaps they will ally later on, after they have finished with their own conflict. As a hopefully future member of Hallifax or Gaudiguch, I, personally, would find it extremely annoying if I were coerced into a relationship as soon as I returned.

Just a little request for divine revelation. Can the cities be released currently? Or are you still working on what would be required?

Nobody has been able to find a way to release the cities since they vanished with the coming of the Taint.

I think we've talked about why we aren't likely to release more cities or communes in the near future elsewhere.

We're not even out of open beta yet. It's all well and dandy thinking about these possible things for the future, but if you start acting on them now you're just going to have a lot of tedious waiting ahead. Look and Vis and the Crows, they could be waiting for RL years.

Heh.. I think there will be Quest later that would involve the city and the tainted Dracnari that followed the Emperor. Perhaps the Taint shall triumph, perhaps it shall not. We shall wait with eager hands eh?

Firstly, you can stop seeking the Eternal Flame, I can take you right to it. Secondly, as Lord Auseklis' post hinted, you aren't going to find the Hand....I assembled a crew and dug up the entire Skarch....all 9 layers down. It isn't possible until the Divine feel They are prepared. I spent a lot of time on the restoration and I am assuring you that for now, you are just treading water.

Then I will keep searching and researching Felemar. Akraasiel is obsessed with the flame and he intends to do all that he can to find it. Sure he will live on with the normalities of life, but I fully intend to keep looking until the divinities are ready for it to be found, and yes, I understand that this may take RL years. My character is more important to me than practicality or the time needed to accomplish what he desires.

The Flame is easily accessible. It's on the Astral Plane; you can get to it from there. The Hand of Tzaraziko is nonexistent currently.

Akraasiel, I say go for it - if you know it wont happen for a long time, you wont be dissapointed, will you? Keep looking, and get people to help you look. Make everyone interested in it. Eventually, it will come, and be worth the wait (It being the Glaudiguch, and the flame).

I intend to. I just hope people will join me despite the fact that it cannot be done yet, that tends to turn most sane people off to something. heh.

I would be really disappointed if/when the cities come out they ally with either Celest or Magnagora... their conflict should be a completely different one, and it would be lame if it streamlined into two sides of two cities fighting each other.

The single place we didn't check in the Skarch Desert for the Hand of Tzaraziko was below the Oasis simply because Geomancer's can't dig below it and Aquamancer's were to caught up in the "I'm not telling you my skills" game to come help. So you can check there. I'm not trying to damper your hopes, I'm just telling you that digging isn't going to turn up anything. I have spent a good deal of time talking with Shimotabi Xiim as well and I think that his quirky little riddles may be of at least some importance. There is also another member of the Xiim family who wanders around the mountain ranges from time to time and lead someone up to the shadows of Gaudiguch. There's bits and pieces of evidence everywhere. And yes, as I said, the flame is on Sagittarius on Astral.

I wouldnt be surprised if they did ally. It would be a lot better for say, Gaudiguch to ally with Magnagora or somthing - Instead of new city vs new city, it is now new city + old city v new city

I think Gaudiguch will be the city for Dracnari, it might involve two new forms of dracnari, like Imperial Merian and Merian Lord. The Mage archetype will have a demense that transforms a room into volcanic, to work with the dracnari's regen thing, they will also be accompanied by the return of the elemental plane of fire. Halifax will return at the same time, and have the same deal for Lucidians. Not so sure what the Halifax demense will be, possible cover a room with daylight. Two new cosmic planes should return along with these, as would Ackleberry forest. Basically, I see a bunch of stuff happening all at once.
