If I had to guess, "the FCC" is probably the scum's roleblocker, and likely what tripped up Llesvelt's investigation last night. Comparing both answers, this means that (unless I'm reading wrong), Ilyssa is the FCC.

The flaw in both your arguments is that you state you're town when we haven't any proof. Yotz. To be fair, I frelling object against A for the same reason you frelling object against B--I win with the town. This is assuming the Doctor refers to me and not Rika (in which case everyone should object against A because we've already seen Rika was a townie).

So you don't trust us, and we don't trust you. I'm fine with that, really.

Personal Speculation
I'm not saying B is truthful because A is definitely false. I know I'm a townie, but above is what's definitely accepted by everyone. I don't have convincing proof of my being a townie since Llesvelt's investigation got blocked.
I have been considering who is "the person who is being made fun of". At first, I thought it was Jack, since he flipped out when Llesvelt investigated him. However, the present tense and Llesvelt saying he was given instruction by Casilu on who to make fun of makes me think "scientologist", "Phoebus", and "Jew" would of course, refer to the same person being made fun of in voice B.
We're in LYLO, so there have to be three scum, including Jack. The resulting speculation is that either Phoebus or Ssaliss has the role Kenny, so voice B gives the remaining two scum as Phoebus and Ssaliss.

Yotz, I feel like I got frelling ninja'ed. I was going to say someone with knowledge of South Park could clear up "the person being made fun of", but then Phoebus ?= Kenny got in the way.
