That and maximum bet.
In Lusterania maximum bet is 100,000 gold or 100 lessons.
If you are using this sytem you may have such bad luck that you reach maximum bet and you wont be able to follow this system anymore. And then you will lose all what you have bet so fat.

So can anyone actually come up with a gambling system or tell me some tricks to use to win more then I lose? Would really appreciate it.

The best piece of advice?
Know when to stop.
If you win a good amount, just get up and leave. Usually I'll keep playing and end up having a six-hand losing streak where the dealer gets 20 and 21s. This is bound to happen, especially because computer randomness is not truly random.

Definitely...I was playing roulette and was getting pretty lucky winning 100k and walking away with an even 400k in my purse, but then I thought to myself "Hey that was easy gold..why not just make more!?" and foolishly turned around to continue playing. I ended up losing it all (yes ALL OF IT! )...it was depressing but I think that'll keep Athana away from the casino for a while Bad Ixion getting her hooked on gambling!
Stangmar2006-04-17 04:09:09
Yeah, that would keep me away too.
That and the fact that Thoros keeps killing the casino folk. Not that i haven't been tempted to do it too though.

i'm rezzing this thread.
Now, does anyone have a certain code that will list what numbers were rolled in roulette, and could possibly place them in a list of highest probability to lowest? I usually run for green, won 2.5 million additional gold in an hour or so, but I also lost 1.2 million starting gold because the numbers would rather revolve around 2, 1, 30, 35, 26, and 27, with the occasional 00 or 0. (was pissed and was gambling green till I go bust or win).
Anyone knows of such a thing?

I have a roulette tracking script, but it's not for others. It's not too hard to write, really...
Unknown2010-10-09 14:31:51
You can write the biggest, baddest script in the world, but it will not get away from the fact that you will just end up losing. (Mostly.)
There is -no- set procedure/function/equation that will help. At all. Ever.
Both are based on wholly random number generators. (Well, pseudo-random, anyway.)

pseudo random in the sense that in the 200+ times I've played, some numbers do not roll even once, and it stays around about 15, 17 numbers, each having a different percentage that they will come up.
So far I'm doing this by hand, but if there are timestamps that affect when so and so comes up, then the chance I have to roll certain numbers or colors are cut down to little segments, losing half (lets say) of the potential profit or loss.

Well, to be fair, 200 isn't really enough when it comes to a range of 38 values. At that point, every value would roughly hava a .5% of not appearing, meaning the odds of one of them not showing is about 20%. Of course, several numbers not showing is improbable, but not outside the realm of possibility.
I just did a test of my own; during 159 spins, every number came up at least once. There are some highs and lows on which numbers came up more often, of course, but it's still early in the tests.

I do have to say this before you continue with your studies with regards to this. You -are- aware that in standard American roulette rules. (i.e. In game rules) there is a 5.3% overall advantage to the game host. (Thank 0 and 00 for this, mainly.)

I don't think that was the issue here. In real roulette, the odds are the same for each number coming up. He's claiming that is not true in Lusternian roulette.
