It's a hidden exit. But you can see it on the in-game map.

If you happen to bump into Eldanien there, he'd have no problems showing you the way.

edit: Nevermind, seems you didn't need me. Though it appears you aren't aware of the various hidden rooms in the Chancel.

The Ptoma quest is silly.. why are we told to ask the Handmaidens and then in the same breath told not to trust what they say?

I'm having trouble finding a large object to hide behind in the Tidal Flats, so I can lure the children with cookies. Any advice?

Some things are obvious in the room descriptions, but don't appear as objects on 'info here'. Turn on VERBOSE and read away. Also keep in mind that you're told the maximum length of the paths from the childrens' hiding places, so that should help you narrow your search.

After going through all the rooms I found one thing to hide behind, a tree, but that isn't within four rooms of anything. I saw more rooms with trees but I couldn't hide behind those. What am I still doing wrong?

You're on the right track then. Keep in mind it's not just trees, etc. Probing every noun in every room description/room title in a 50+ room area (twice, when you're certain you must have missed something) is just one of the many joys of Lusternian questing. smile.gif Keep at it!

I think the Faethorn quests are littered with bugs. I'm guessing it's due to the hai'Gloh Zemordia era.
