@Kayte: Feel free to message me or send me a tell if you see me around about it.

Thanks.

These quests infuriate me. I've only done the Toronada River one (with Pectus' and Naralis' help) and then done it once on my own with a squire. I am a failure at quests. ._.

Has anyone done the Cay of Coadahi quest recently? Is it just me or does the puzzle fail at math? (i.e. it's not responding properly)
Ileein2010-08-02 01:01:25
I've done the 'good side' pretty recently, and it functioned properly for me.

I can't remember if the puzzle there actually says - I knew because I recognized it as a Xion puzzle - but you can't have the same number more than once in any row or column.

Aha, this must've been the problem!! I just solved it and I guess I was lucky to have no duplicates. Yeah... there should be an instruction indicating that (I've done the puzzle before for other quests, just not for a while).

Thanks for the heads up.

Last I heard, the quest is disabled.

Well... at least I didn't spend too long looking for it.

I can't seem to get the pills from the people via begging for the tae'dae honors quest. (can't remember which village right now... I have then scribbled down somewhere).

That simply means that someone else got the pills recently. Bummer.

(If I'm wrong, it's because I haven't done the quest in a year. don-t_mention.gif )

Confirmed.

Ok, in the Tolborolla valley quest, does Hoopah appear at some point or is there some clue to finding Hoopah that I'm just not getting?

There's a hidden southeast exit in the village.

Okay, is there something wrong with the Malacoda quest? Only like 2/5 room furniture items even had any items, I started searching for even the most obscure nouns, and then the mobs started to repop again. I feel sorry for Celestians doing their epic quest =S
Esano2010-08-09 03:01:39
The hiding places depend upon the uh, type of Malacoda you're in - the nightmare, hellish one, or the normal one. So in order to check all the places, you need to fling yourself from one to the other on purpose and hope it doesn't fling you back.

And the mobs can sometimes carry items, too.

There didn't appear to be anything notable in the normal one (by normal you mean zombies?) I guess I'll give it another thorough combing. At least I can play the Fate game again.
Esano2010-08-09 10:52:58
No, by normal one I mean apparitions. By nightmare one I mean spectres.
Unknown2010-08-09 12:30:55
Okay, for the quest in the reserve to do with the birds... do you get an honors line for it? Is there more than just what I've been doing or is that it...?

(the pull branch kill creature take to Harrison put egg in correct place)
