I just downloaded 15 classics onto my Kindle for free. That's a lot of lbs of paper I'll never have to lug around!

There's about a hundred more of them out there. Here is one resource, and you can also search the Kindle Store by price. There's also quite a few modern books that are free or one cent (often the first books in a series, though in some cases, that's all you need... for instance, Red Mars is the first of a trilogy but also a complete and very good book in itself, and many people say to stop with it and not read the other two anyway, though I liked them.)
