It's always good to see your efforts pay off. 
Saw the new residence my school has, it's an old hotel that's absolutely beautiful on the inside, private bedroom and bathroom, old style gorgeous furniture. Right beside the mall, a Tim Hortons, the Greyhound station and the place I have to go to get my medicine. It overlooks the riverfront on one side. Definitely worth it when I get back.
