I think I'm developing a Sriracha addiction. I make soup. Hmmm, it's a little bland. SRIRACHA! This hot dog sucks- I'll put Sriracha on it instead of ketchup. INSTANT AWESOME! I'm starting to notice that every time I eat something I stop to think, "I wonder if Sriracha would be good on this?"
The answer, invariably, is yes. It is always "good on this."

Rave Part 2: Electric Boogaloo
I'm going to be baking tomorrow.
I finally got the last thing I needed to make the cupcakes I wanted to do (got the wrong size cream cheese at the store earlier in the week, foiling my plans to do this Saturday) and will be whipping up a batch of them when I get up. I'm tempted to do them now, even though it's like 5:30 in the morning- I'm so excited about it that I already took out all my bowls and the cupcake pan and and I can't wait! I looove making food of all kinds, but baking is totally my favorite of all. I'm such a dork for food. 
If they turn out pretty I might even take pictures of them to share. It's almost like sharing the cupcakes themselves with you. Almost.

So I had to go to the car dealership today for a decent used car. I was thinkin maybe an 05 or something with 50k miles. However, I came across an 09 chevy aveo ls. 36k miles and it's in awesome condition. Going to pick it up friday.

Speaking of which, I've been going to the gym (local CrossFit affiliate) since May, and I went on the paleo diet in November. I weighed myself for the first time since May last night, and I've lost 17 pounds, the majority of which I think has been from since I started eating right.
Down to 197...my goal is 185. Should be able to hit that in a couple of months.

I got my sonnet back from my poetry professor. Note: I am horrendous at poetry.

I love this woman. I want to be her when I grow up. Desserts are kind of my thing, and despite having eaten (and made) a lot of exquisite (expensive) desserts... there's still nothing like a perfect chocolate chip cookie right out of the oven. It is a little circular gateway to nirvana. 
You're not the Pastry Maven either. 
Whole wheat bread + lots of butter + cheddar + sour cream + dijon mustard + diced onion + salt and pepper + skillet = my lunch.
Now if only I wasn't out of sriracha...
