Doctor Who is back on again, and has introduced an immortal line into my lexicon:
A deadpan "Shut up, Hitler."
A deadpan "Shut up, Hitler."

I really need my laptop back now.

I used my iPhone's last remaining battery life to watch The Thing during the power outage yesterday. For an 80's sci-fi flick, it's really aged well! I'm super excited about the prequel coming out in October. From what I've read, it sounds like the filmmakers loved the original, so they're going the extra mile to make sure this one lives up to it.

Looks like we're just getting the wind and rain from Irene, and not even that bad. No complaints here, means I can actually get out and about to work tomorrow.

I came here to kick ass and have concussions, and so far I'm running out of concussions before I go into a freakin' coma. I've lost count at this point but my ability to read has been impacted, sorry for not having been around... I completely forgot to say something on the forums.
The rave: I've recovered as most as I can.

Urg, I know how that is. I have been on the receiving end of FAR too many concussions in my time, and...once those start piling up, they really start messing with you. Try to keep your skull away from things that will hit it, alright?

Ate so much. Think I'm gonna die. I guess this is a rave? I mean, I'm sated. There's no doubt about that.

Half rave: Was able to see the first 15 or so minutes of the new Doctor Who episode.
But now I'm really confused from what I've seen so far.

Being the typical out-of-date person that I am, I finally watched an episode of The Office for the first time today. I enjoyed it.

I have an office... I've never had an office before. I must fill it with stuff! And the computer needed some work, but I got it taken care of. Except for the broken Symantec Antivirus. Worthless PoS. Why oh why did they have to buy that? Still, Rave for having an office.

I've become a big fan of Panda Antivirus.

Nice. I have sort of a half-cubical at the station, but its shared with the other dispatchers.

I may or may not be able to remove the Symantec. But seeing as it is using virus definitions from June 11 and LiveUpdate refuses to see this as a problem, I may need to find a workaround.
