Spring Break freakin' FINALLY!!!!!!!!!

I got a duckling! It ( I dunno if its a boy or a girl so it's nameless) is freaking adorable! I filled the bathtub and it swam around today and it likes to waddle around behind me and sit on my shoulder

I finally slew Gendrel, the brown recluse spider that had been preying on me while I slept for the past two weeks.

Now to hope my flesh stops deteriorating before I go to the hospital!

I didn't know people kept ducks for pets! O.o

I had a duckling as a pet for two weeks. I had to give her back because she was only mine for an imprinting project.

One of my cats was terrified of her. The other one wanted duckling for dinner.

I live in the country in freaking Alabama I'm surrounded by goats, cows, horses, donkeys and lotsa ponds and pastures! But yeah we've got chickens and ducklings now. And they're adorable

Pity you can't browse the internet with a game up, else I could IM Silferras between blazblue matches instead of having to dig up that bluetooth headset and get it to work with skype on the PC elsewhere...

Thought before I click add reply edit: Thinking of trying my first go at DMing a D&D game(3.5)...or maybe a whitewolf game (I'm playing Vampire right now with some people on campus) like Vampire or maybe Exalted as I heard its good.

My job is awesome Been here two weeks now - already got a pay rise. Hoorah!

My best friend will have his university project finished by the 20th. I haven't seen him for weeks, he's been cloistered up in his house doing Buho-style coding. This means that on the 20th we'll have a lot of drinking to catch up on. I suspect there'll be a post in these forums in a few weeks time entitled "HELP", subtitled "in tijuana whorehouse, need plane tickets".

I just remembered that I had an awesome dream 2 nights ago.

I dreamt that I had a skill that combined Arts, Majorsixth and enchanted paintings. Basically, when I'm at a location, I can whip out my magic sketchbook and my magic pen/pencil/stylus (somehow, I can get any colour and texture from that thing), and then make a drawing. It doesn't have to be a drawing of the place, just something that I associate with that place. I remember I drew a girl to represent this nice place with towers and bridges. And the best part is, when I touch the painting, I feel a swirling sensation, like I'm falling into the painting, and I end up right where I drew that painting. All this happened in the 'real world', but I have no idea where it was.

I always found Merlot reminiscent of tears and that sorrowful feeling that chokes the back of your throat, so to me Shiraz is like red eyes and salty cheeks after the tantrum.
