Hey this is awesome. I'm learning ruby, too. Maybe I can finally get to work on that system I've been trying to get started for the last year or so.

See http://mudlet.org/134/mudlet-pre-alpha/. Beta was delayed, but a pre-alpha started - if you have good lua experience, please give this a try!
Sneak peek at what you can do: input manipulation. Heiko made this small sample script...
regex: say.*(\\w+).*(\\w*).*(.*)
script: sendRaw( "say " .. matches .." " .. matches .." ".. matches )
result:
And other interesting stuff. If you know Lua well, please join in the testing .

Hey, all I did was an initial build. Unfortunately, I don't actually own a mac, I was using my Dell Inspiron 1525 in 'hackintosh' mode to do the build. Last I heard (I've been on hiatus due to r/l) there was an actual Mac person working on the mac build. I just hated to see the Mac folks getting left in the lurch at all, because from all the reading I've done GUI-based mac clients at the moment suck eggs.

Mudlet needs about 100 more features for me to be interested.

I lost my telepathy crown at home, sorry.

Well its like I open the settings and its like... are you kidding me? No offense to you or the team, I'm sure it has oodles of potential. I'm just use to mushclient where I have lots output and command options.

When I use mudlet to connect to Lusternia, my prompt shows up weird. There's also spacing issues when I type score and the like. :S
Vadi2009-05-21 21:23:55
Ah, I see your point. MUSH is indeed perfect for you then

Try checking the "Fix newline to be on its own line" in settings.

Fixed. Must've accidentally clicked that. >.>
