They just won't change on their own. Namely, some skills can make you hungry or sleepy. And yes, hunger will always cause debilitating effects.

Last question for the day (sorry). Is there any special rhyme or reason to what seem to be the 16-point stat cap, or can a single stat for a humans just not exceed 16 period?

There's not a 16 stat cap. Humans just aren't as pretty as a faeling, or strong as an igasho, and so on.

No. No-one can do that in solo combat. Murphy and sometimes Daevos did it in groups as BC/BMs respectively to shieldstun and slow down the opponent. But it's not feasible.

Anyone, anywhere can get 80 within a week if they want it, and they can maintain a life. 2-3 weeks if you take your time. 80 is very easy to get. "Two months of solid bashing" is a ridiculous overstatement.

Especially mage/guardians. Mage guardian bashing is actually better than monk/warrior at low/mid levels.

edit: Below 80 human is crap. Start off as a high int race, bash to 85-90 then go human.
