You sure about this? If this is correct then it was changed recently - when I tested it, tea balance was 55 seconds (but the timer doesn't start until after the tea actually blocks an affliction and goes away).

I currently have a sketch of the Fake Raezon, and one of the worms that ran around Earth during that event, both with a seal. Think I should trade in the seals and get another seal for a sketch of the real Raezon?

The first time, a couple of days, the second I got overnight.

Usually he shows up, asks some weird questions, and favours you depending on how pleased he is with your answers. (Or how pleased he is with your reasoning for those answers, anyway.) He do anything like that?
