I would say it's even more important. Imagine going from 99 -> 100, which is a HUGE amount of experience. 10% faster is a lot of time.

That can be said for every level. If you're getting 10% more per kill, then overall you're getting a level 10% faster. That 10% equals more time the higher your level. tongue.gif

As a clan/cartel leader, how do you see your inactive member list? I have 42 active that show on CLAN MEMBERS, but can't figure out where to find the other 26 dormant ones that CLAN EXEC_SUMMARY shows.

What prevents residents in the Basin of Life from just, you know, walking outside of the Basin? Climbing over the mountains that surround it and just keep walking, that sort of thing. Cleanse is standard. BT sap is standard. HS sap varies depending on whether they're a runist or not (or undeffed.)

So 4 seconds both ways? What's to stop someone from sapping me, over and over and over...? For that matter, how the heck do I fight a druid if standard advice is to stay out of the trees and all they do is fight IN the trees?
