The age-old question... does chocolate exist in Lusternia!? I seem to remember people complaining about it before.
Edit: actually, some of Atropos' candy was chocolate eh? Can mortal cooks make it?

If people want mint, they just use mint. I've never heard of kafe being used to imbue anything but a coffee flavour before.
Chocolate exists, but is considered a divine-only toy right now. It's been estimated it will be available to mortals if we get some sort of jungle area, but that's speculation.

Need jungles for chocolate is the line we get, at this time it is reserved for the divine.

nekotai
ninjakari
shofangi
tahtetso

So how does one get spikes for a spikepit in tracking? And how does one get a crystal egg to gather snakes for a snakepit? And finally, what kinds of snakes are there in the game?
Lendren2010-04-23 19:12:45
What are "good enough to keep" scores for splendors? (Boy, did I screw up my attempt to make them... I was going to make a bunch, have them all enchanted, and then take the ones with the best score... doesn't work that way, huh? What a waste.)

Human is usually nice for monks, I've seen Lobo, Krokani, and others.
110/210 speed (max speed) is what all monks always want, but I guess 105+ will do if you don't want to wait forever.

Woodcraft in Arts. Quest in the compound. Lots of kinds in areas like skarch, oleanvir, near glom, etc. They usually give warrior poisons.

70/70 I think.

Has anyone else tried to access Vortex or Continuum from aetherspace and just found a bunch of red exclaimation marks instead?

Thanks! I'm confused, though - someone told me I should look for a 284 speed weapon and you said 210 is the max speed - so which of the max speed?
Unknown2010-04-23 20:42:00
Actually 2h is 220 IIRC, my bad, and 284 is impossible.

Yeah. Someone told me on the forums that it was supposed to be able to reach them though... although I never found a way in.

Quest in the compound.
I've never had to do a quest for the egg. Just have to ask the right question (which, by the way, is still in the AB as pointing to the dracnari, who have nothing to do with the egg).
Rael2010-04-24 05:28:23
When did people Brennan, Rowena, and Bomani Wyrmglow learn to pilot aethercraft?
By the way Bomani uses hacks. He knows high and low magic, several knighthood specs and all the trade skills!

Do you need the beast skill influencing to get the advantage of an influencing beast?
Ssaliss2010-04-24 05:58:08
From HELP BEASTMASTERY: "even if a beast has an inherent ability, you will not be able to use that ability unless you have that skill in Beastmastery". So I'd say yes.

A LOT. Every org you are not in, theoretically. And that includes things like an SD being an enemy to BlackTalon (Which might be funny, considering that a portion of the totems are likely tuned against enemies to Blacktalon), denizen orgs (like Estelbar, Ladantine, and Tide Lords), orders, and clans (so that if we were feeling particularly spiteful or fed up, we could declare Ethelon (just an example) an enemy to The Star Council clan).
So a conservative, logical example might look like:
You are an enemy of: Inner Sea, Celest, Aquamancers, Tide Lords, Celestines, Celestia, Cantors, Paladins, Tahtetso, Dawneye Dynasty, The Star Council, Creative Flow, Eventru, Terentia, Isune, Lyreth, Sidreal Attire, Raging Waters, Children of Water, Aqua Council, Emissaries of Light, Star Aviators, Dawn Brigade, Creative Flow, The Trinity, Dekoven Lineage, Nyalia, The Starlight Initiative, Scholars of the Basin.
And that's just Celest stuff off the top of my head, and doesn't include any villages, a good number of our clans, or Great Houses, if those can declare enemies.
Kiradawea2010-04-25 00:45:41
Isune enemies?
How much decay does a despotic government put on a village under its influence.
