Limbs prioritise the left over the right, so you try to wield with the left unless you specify otherwise. And no, Gaudiguch and Hallifax don't have moonwater/nightsweats/etc equivalents unless someone envoys one is my guess. I think you can't forget Low Magic until you first forget Alchemy since you need LM to do any Lorecrafting.

He did try to wield it in his right hand, so it should've worked... It also is WIELD , both according to my testing and the helpfile. Weird.

Neither city has brewmeisters unless they're rogues, so no, they do not have a city potion.

Oh. I forgot that mages were Highmagic for some reason. I really need to learn other archetypes, heh.

Can we expect them with the upcoming Guardians? Or are they highmagic too?

EDIT: Never mind. Found it myself. Yay proactivity.

I'm going to miss my Lorecrafting. cry.gif Will be so worth it to get out of the Wilde though.

One way to "troubleshoot" this issue might be to have one's right arm broken, then attempt to wield a one-handed sword in the left hand. If the sword can be wielded, then there's likely a discrepancy in the coding somewhere.

It may be that since the left hand is the default for wielding, it gets "checked" even when you're trying to wield something only with your right hand.

Is Surtami's special 5,000-gold reward for krokani corpses based on the total amount of corpses she's been given by all players, or does each player get their own count?
Shiri2010-05-15 13:03:03
Former, pretty sure.

Doing your test, it can be wielded.

I bugged it.

You bump into a cow as it wanders aimlessly in a circle.
Great Southern Highway. (road).
The shadowy outline of a twisted forest casts a dark gloom here. The bright sun shines down, blanketing you with its life-giving warmth.
You see exits leading northeast and west.

Cows are wily. They knew they'd have to mix their game up a little bit or people would eventually stop bumping into them. "If we always jump right in front of them only when they're entering, they'll get wise to our ways and ruin our fun!" Said the cows at their bi-annual cow meeting. "So, sometimes, jump in front of them as they're leaving too! They won't know what hit them!"
Unknown2010-05-15 13:57:13
I bump into them when leaving more often than when I am entering, honestly. confused.gif
Unknown2010-05-15 13:59:02
They bump both ways, going into a room with a cow and leaving a room with a cow.

Edit: That's what I get for opening a tab and then looking at it ten minutes later.

What were the changes made to serpent? Was it that you can't put it up within x minutes/seconds if it dropping, or that you simply no longer regen power while it's up?

Or more than that?

Is it possible to delete a forum account without admin assistance?
Shiri2010-05-15 15:39:35
Don't think so.

Tried to deconstruct furniture in someone else's manse recently. What permissions do you have to receive to do so? We weren't able to figure it out.
Unknown2010-05-15 17:24:57
Pretty sure only manse owner can.
Noola2010-05-15 17:25:08
Does invoking blue keep animals and stuff from relaying what you say to their owners?

Yep. In guildhalls, GA. In city territory, Minister of Culture. In a shop, shop owner. In a manse, manse owner. HELP FURNITURE.
