You get a manse, and change the appearance / name of one of the rooms to what you want to paint.

Think so. Can't you order your pet to go to someone and then that someone just toss the thing to your pet and you summon it back? Could've sworn I've seen it done before.

Not natively. You can use tells to direct your pet to where you think someone is, provided none of those steps are directions a pet can't go, like through a portal or archway, or onto another plane. And provided by time you've done it, they're still there. And they're on the right elevation. And they notice. And they remember to tell you that they gave it to the pet, because otherwise you can't tell they did. And then the pet's within range of the summoning-back tell. I used to do that, but more often than not it didn't work.

I've recently gotten Giallyn equipped with a few custom reactions though to let her receive deliveries as well as send them. One to make her go to a person I specify; and another that makes her return to me ten seconds after the last time someone gives her something (and also tell me what was given to her). These were more complex than normal reactions though, so they cost more, the same way the delivery one was when I got that done originally (now it's available to everyone, but at the time, I had it done custom for Giallyn).

Both the delivery and the return don't work with gold coins, though. Though they will work with gold coins inside a letter/box/etc.

I'm considering learning the artisan skills.

I am curious if making an item your masterpiece:
A) Still allows you to teleport to it from anywhere, no matter where it is. (I want to place it in an aethership)
cool.gif If I can master my throne in my aethership and forget artisan -- Will it still be my masterpiece and last forever?

To answer A, they changed Artisan so that you can't return to a masterpiece "through aetherspace". That means (I believe), if your masterpiece is in an aethership and you dock your aethership on, say, Leo, you can't return to it from Prime. I think a lot of people were using masterpiece like this, but then they nerfed it. I'm not sure if you can return if your ship is docked on Frosticia or an aetherbubble like that though...

And after dropping artisan, my masterpiece chest still has my golden seal on it, and doesn't display a decay time. content.gif

just looking for some sort of guidance. Been outta the realms for awhile but now I'm in the ebonguard. I've still got my reincarnation and haven't specialised. I'm in the process of setting up a system but don't have any intention to purchase credits or get seriously involved in pvp. I just don't want to be a push-over. Currently I'm a Faeling but thats going to change soon.

Any recommendations?

Since you're not planning on going for player combat, get yourself a nice 280 speed axe/sword/pair of swords/pair of hammers, and since you're faeling, make it a priority to get surge in athletics, which will really help compensate for your low faeling con and take advantage of your high int. You may as well, if you haven't already, make sure you spec night or crow (preferrably night) to get your spec race bonuses as well.
