I tested this before out of curiosity: empowered mobs give a bit more exp and weakened mobs give a bit less. The boost from empowerment is also slightly less than the cut from weakening.

It is most efficient to use all of them equal numbers of times. The order in doing so does not matter. NPC's develop stubbornness against each individual attack type independently of all others.

Would desiging a Warcraft style cloak be OOC? Not a specific cloak per-se, but one in the general appearance of a Wardens Cloak, IE Broad imposing shoulderpads that pull up into a tight collar, with the cloak it's self almost hanging down from inside the pauldrons.

There's nothing OOC about a feasible design that does not make overt reference to something that doesn't exist in Lusternia. Calling it a Wardens cloak is probably OOC. A cloak with stiff epaulettes would not be.
