IIRC, it's 25-33% to all poisons, then an additional 33% to the poison you specify for the "immunity".

Nowhere near as high for all poisons.

Furies' Decision:
We will change to 8% additional immunity overall and 33% immunity to the target poison.

Oops! At least I was spot-on with the immunity specific poison? ninja.gif

If I SKILLCHOICE SELECT LOWMAGIC and then SKILLCHOICE SELECT POISONS, can I then trans poisons and skillflex (or forget) lowmagic for highmagic (while retaining the poisons skillset)? Or will I get some type of error message that will disallow this from happening?

I'm about 95% sure you would have to drop Highmagic to keep Poisons, skillflex or not.
Unknown2010-06-24 07:54:35
You could forget Lowmagic, I would think, but you could not then select Highmagic.
Esano2010-06-24 10:05:04
Actually, fairly sure you could not forget Lowmagic while having Poisons. If you could, it would be a bug.

I'm assume you want to:
SKILLCHOICE SELECT LOWMAGIC
SKILLCHOICE SELECT POISONS
FORGET LOWMAGIC (TEMPORARILY?)
SKILLCHOICE SELECT HIGHMAGIC

Step 3 is where it should fall apart.

Just tested, can't forget lowmagic, either permanently or temporarily, while I have poisons known.

The explanation for epic quests in the Lore Wiki confuses me a little. Am I understanding it right that you complete your org-specific quest five times, then there's three other quests you do, different ones depending on your org, and then you get the special rare honor line and a org-specific item?

Yep, though all take you to an org specific room on Limbo with exits to your org specific plane.

But it's cool! I don't even care what it does. It could just sit there and look nifty. Too bad I suck so incredibly hard at questing. laugh.gif I'll have to brace myself for hours and hours of rage inducing, soul crushing frustration soon, I guess. laugh.gif

Which walls(and doors, if possible) can a blasthorn knockdown?

Just ask for help. I'm fair certain a solid 95% of epic questers got taught by someone else.

Don't think you can blasthorn doors and only ice/stone (could probably do briars). Don't bother with it since the success rate is much lower than just igniting/crashing a stonewall.

I might ask for hints when I feel my sanity start to snap... but I always feel like a great big cheater asking for more than hints. laugh.gif

Fear not, for you would be in good company.

Is Seren's pre-epic-quest as soul-crushingly tedious and easlily stolen as Celest's? 'cause if so I feel for you Noola.

Seren's is easy. It's just the timing that's a pain in the ass. If you do nothing but quest for the cities, you'll be done days sooner than someone who does nothing but quest for the commune. And you occasionally have someone who does it early and ruins that moon cycle.
Lendren2010-06-25 17:48:26
I made a chart of all the parts in Seren's, and it is a full sheet of paper. In its defense, though, only about a quarter of it is arbitrary things without clues offered about them, forcing you to solve it via trial and error or getting help from someone else. The parts that take the most time generally involve being told to do something, in reasonably clear terms, and then doing it. (Only to find out that no one mentioned that you have to do it at a particular time, but hey, all quests have that arbitrariness.)

Thankfully tracking is practically designed for making the epic quest easy. Except for the annoying mooncycle timing.
