The first is a yes, the second is a yes, the third is a yes/no. I can return from another ship if that ship isn't out in space, but I can't return from a bubble.

I found foods named a bowl of pumpkin soup, a pumpkin spice muffin and a loaf of pumpkin bread from the aetherplex, and that's just manses I'm allowed in (I'd assume). So yes.
Or at least as background things in-game, although I can't say for certain there are actual pumpkins that can be gotten as items.
